It is an attempt to collect the details of possible projects that can be implemented by various Local Self Governments, mainly GramaPanchayaths in Kerala, India.
Each person who knows the essence of Plan contributes to this great work either by contributing new successful project data or by adding corrections or attributes for list of projects already in the shelf.
This project can be implemented by secretaries of panchayaths. This project deals with the administrative expenses of Projects formulation, implementation and monitoring.
